A user of PTFE lined pipe was let down by their contracted supplier over the weekend when large diameter spools were needed on an emergency basis.
The customer's project manager called Marspec's 24/7 emergency callout service and found the service he needed - twice. The first call came in on Saturday and the on-call team at Marspec responded immediately, having spools ready earlier than the customer expected. The second call on Sunday was met with the same sense of urgency.
The customer was impressed with the level of service Marspec provided and sent a note of thanks to the team that made everything happen for him.
